about working with Resume Focus

  • I have worked with professionals at all levels and across industries!

    Given my own background, I specialize in working with early to mid career professionals who are in nonprofit, higher education, psychology, marketing, social impact, program or project management, healthcare and other similar fields.

    However, regardless of what field you are in, I take a deep dive to learn it so that we can communicate your impact clearly.

  • You will work directly with me - 1:1. I keep my practice intentionally small so that I can dedicate my time to learning and helping you communicate your story.

  • For resume writing, you'll take part in a 60 minute resume intake call so that I can understand your work, and your goals. I'll ask you to send me your most recent resume, and 2-4 job postings to understand your career targets.

    For Career Coaching, we’ll work together to set your goals, and develop an action plan to get you closer to them.

  • Resumes are typically delivered within 7-10 business days after our resume intake call. Cover letters and LinkedIn profiles are completed within 3 -4 days after your resume draft.

  • Career coaching helps you set goals, navigate career challenges and transitions, and can help you gain confidence in interviews, salary negotiations, networking and other aspects of your career.
